The team of LAX (Ortiz & Santana) overcame their toughest challenge to date as they defeated The Lucha Brothers, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix, at IMPACT Homecoming.
LAX made the challenge to the Lucha Brothers for their IMPACT Tag Team titles, which was met by disapproval by Konnan. As he did not walk with Ortiz and Santana, the champs had to go at it alone in a fast and furious match against the challengers. It didn’t become too much of an issue, as LAX were able to put away a game Lucha Bros. to retain the tag titles.
