Two New Ladder Matches Coming To The WWE Network

It is WWE TLC season, and WWE is commemorating this by adding two lesser-known Ladder Match classics to the WWE Network’s ‘Hidden Gem’ section.

According to WWE Network News,  WWE will be adding a classic match from the AWA and an extreme tag match from ECW:

AWA 11/27/1986 – The Crusher and The Colonel

Ten thousand dollars hangs in the balance for the man who can climb to the top of the ladder when Jerry Blackwell takes on Colonel DeBeers.

ECW 05/16/1998 – The Stairway to Hell

Barbed wire hangs high above the ring as The Dudley Boyz face The Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, and Spike Dudley in a Stairway to Hell match.

WWE Network Collections Coming In January

According to another report from WWE Network News, WWE has revealed their collections that will kick off the 2019 content additions.

It appears that there will be a collection coming surrounding The Bulgarian Brute, Rusev. Fittingly enough, it will be released on Rusev Day! What a great way to celebrate.

In addition to that, a collection is coming based around the Royal Rumble Match. January is, of course, Royal Rumble season and it will be interesting to see if they add any unseen Royal Rumble bouts, like one from an MSG house show from 1994 which was won by Owen Hart.
