The latest battle of words in the professional wrestling world is between Jim Cornette and actor turned occasional wrestler David Arquette. This all stems from when Cornette was critical of the recent death match that Game Changer Wrestling put on, that ended with Arquette getting his neck sliced open.
“Finally heard [Jim Cornette] talk shit about me,” said Arquette after listening to the audio. “He had some strong points. Missed most of the obvious ones. One point I’d like to make is you don’t have to be an asshole to share your opinion.”
As one would expect, Cornette didn’t take Arquette’s jab without responding. “How about I come to Hollywood & make some shitty movies to [embarrass] your profession like you do mine?” asked Cornette. “Stick to being a fan, we’re fine. Trying to wrestle & doing garbage matches with bank robbers will not endear you to me. Free advice. Or you could just fuck off.”
Arquette took the latest response in good spirit. “Come on out, the weather’s delightful,” responded the actor on social media.
