Sin Cara may be returning to WWE very soon, according to recent comments by the luchador himself.
On the popular Mexican YouTube Channel, Peluche En El Estuche, host Escorpion Dorado drives around with his guests that have included many Mexican luchadors and legends. WWE superstar Sin Cara was recently featured on the show, speaking on his career, and he revealed that his looking to return in January 2019:
“I’ve had a new treatment where they inject cells into my knee. I’ve had multiple surgeries on my knee, a couple on ligaments in my knee in college, and six years go (while in WWE), this knee is a bit messed up, but luckily, thank god, we can still work …We are currently training, in physical therapy, trying to get back to work. Looking at January 2019”
Sin Cara has been out of action since August when he first revealed he was having surgery on his knee.
January of course is just in time for The Royal Rumble, so it is very possible to see “The Faceless One” arrive as a surprise entrant, if not sooner.
