Dustin Rhodes: ‘For Too Long I Have Felt A Little Worthless’

Dustin Rhodes hasn’t shied away from the low points in his life, as he once was suicidal and has struggled with drug addiction in the past. Today on Twitter he opened up about another battle, one that takes place within his own head.

“For too long I have felt a little worthless and it’s definitely something I need to work on,” admitted Rhodes, who is best known for his work as Goldust in WWE. “I’m humble, I’m a good man, I work hard and at times I struggle with my worth because I stay in my head constantly.” He then went on to spotlight a larger problem. “We must get out of our heads and see the true us!” proclaimed the WWE star.

I thank Dustin Rhodes for leading by example and bravely opening up about his battles with mental health. The world is simply better with people like Dustin Rhodes in it.
