New Japan Pro Wrestling presents their last major show of the year, Power Struggle. The show will be headlined by Chris Jericho defending the IWGP Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship against EVIL. It will mark Chris Jericho’s first title defense, since winning the belt at June’s Dominion event.
Also set for action are Taichi & Hirooki Goto. Taichi was originally slated to defend the NEVER Openweight Championship against Will Ospreay, but a rib injury took the Aerial Assassin out of the event.
Roppongi 3K are once again in the Super Jr. Tag finals. Last year’s tournament winners face Suzuki-gun & Los Ingobernables de Japon in a three way dance in this year’s finals.
