Elias is singing a new tune as he turned face on Monday Night Raw by insulting and eventually attacking acting Raw general manager Baron Corbin.
After he defeated Apollo Crews in singles competition, Elias looked to perform his song once and for all before being interrupted by the acting Raw GM. Corbin demanded that Elias should leave as there’s not enough time for him to perform and said if it was up to him, he would have him fired. Elias, taken aback by the disrespect from Corbin, decided that he was going to perform a song anyway, proclaiming Corbin to be a corporate puppet. Elias would leave the stage at first, only to return striking Corbin in the back with his guitar and a loud ovation from the crowd.
