Charlotte Flair recently worked on a book with her father Ric, and now she’s into some legal hot water over it. In Second Nature, Charlotte discusses her prior marriage to Riki Paul Johnson. In it, she claims that Riki, who has three children, is sterile and unable to conceive children. Furthermore, the book says that he was fired from jobs over illegal drug use, which he denies. These claims are the basis for his lawsuit, where he is seeking to gain damages for his marred reputation.
WWE, who are also named in the $5 million lawsuit for marketing the book, responded to the lawsuit by telling TMZ that “We recently received what appears to be a meritless lawsuit and we will vigorously defend ourselves.” Ric Flair declined to comment on the lawsuit.
