According to PWInsider, James Ellsworth will be appearing on the SmackDown 1000 lineup. James is the latest return to be rumored, alongside the confirmed returns featuring the likes of Batista, Undertaker, and the full-time return to WWE of Rey Mysterio. James Ellsworth was apart of the SmackDown brand earlier this year as he was in the corner of Carmella and he did some inter-gender work against Asuka. It will be interesting to see the dynamic between Carmella and Ellsworth now that she is a full-fledged babyface character.
Ellsworth has been busy. Just last night, he appeared last night on the Impact Wrestling‘s Bound For Glory pay-per-view where he lost in quick fashion to Eli Drake:
