WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil took to Twitter to reveal how painful the hearings have been for his mother, a victim of rape:
I had to tell my mother this morning to Stop watching the News!! My mother was Raped at 11 years old had me at 12….Yeah this is waaaayy too much for me to give energy to and I can’t allow myself to say it’s not my business…When you have a MOM that’s a Victim&Im a result it IS https://t.co/Ha93WIeyzc

After receiving both criticism and praise from multiple WWE fans, O’Neil acknowledged that his particular situation was one that resulted in a “positive outcome.”
He also offered his prayers to, “All that have had to deal with sexual assault on any level.”

O’Neil has become well known for his contributions to charities, especially in his home state of Florida.
As previously reported on WrestleZone, his latest charitable venture includes a partnership with Tampa based chicken chain PDQ. O’Neil and PDQ will team up for Champions of Character, birthday parties for students who excel academically. O’Neil will personally provide each student with their own birthday cake.
He told WWE.com,
“We want to celebrate kids who are being great assets to their school. The goal is to give the kids a birthday they will never forget.”
