Backstage, Keith Lee says his next stop is NXT Gold. Lee walks into a room and Kona Reeves is sitting here. Reeves says Lee isn’t a big deal. Lee challenges Reeves to a match.
Tommaso Ciampa vs Otis Dozovic
Dozovic slams Ciampa down to the mat. Ciampa locks in a side headlock. Dozovic runs over Ciampa. Dozovic sends Ciampa into the corner. Ciampa tumbles to the outside. Ciampa tries to dive off the top but Dozovic catches him. Spinning bodyslam by Dozovic. Dozovic fires up and sets up the worm. Ciampa rolls out of the ring. Dozovic follows. Dozovic stands on Ciampa’s back. Dozovic stun guns Ciampa on the apron. Ciampa drops Dozovic on the ramp. Ciampa knees Dozovic in the head on the apron. Running knee by Ciampa. Dozovic kicks out.
Ciampa puts Dozovic in a sleeper. Dozovic crushes Ciampa under Dozovic’s weight by leaping in the air and falling back first on the mat. Dozovic beals Ciampa to the other side of the ring. Dozovic destroys Ciampa with a clothesline. Ciampa rolls out of the ring. Ciampa grabs the title and starts to leave. Tucker Knight walks out on the ramp and cuts Ciampa off. Dozovic clotheslines Ciampa on the ramp. Dozovic brings Ciampa back into the ring and lands a few suplexes. Dozovic suplexes Ciampa out on the floor. Dozovic gets a near fall after an elbow drop. Ciampa pokes Dozovic in the eye and sets up his finish. Dozovic avoids it. Ciampa charges in and runs right into a pop-up powerbomb. Ciampa rolls to the outside. Ciampa hits the hangman’s DDT on the apron. Ciampa hangman DDTs Dozovic back into the ring to get the win.
