Simply put, this is considered by many as the greatest match in WWE Women’s history. It was a magical night in a sold-out Barclays Center where Sasha Banks put the title on the line against the underdog fan-favorite in Bayley. It was the culmination of two careers of love and passion. They didn’t just prove that they could steal the show, but that they were the show.
When you think of an emotional match, this is it. What they did in the ring was leave an impression and set a standard like never before. This truly cemented the fact that change was coming to the women’s division in WWE. These were going to be the future stars. Bayley would finally capture the NXT Women’s Championship after a very long chase and after the match, all four horsewomen were in the ring to celebrate and symbolically show that they had arrived.
