Randy Savage’s 5 Greatest Feuds

Best Finishing Moves in Wrestling History

#3.) Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts

In one of the most memorable feuds of the Golden Era, Jake Roberts would set his target to Randy Savage, who he would have a heated feud with for a good part of 1991. The heated rivalry saw him get into Savage’s head to the extent that Savage lobbied to be reinstated since he was retired.

The reinstatement did happen and Savage then had a series of matches against Roberts, ultimately winning most of them. The most iconic moment of their feud happened when Roberts ambushed Savage, tied him to the ropes and had a king cobra bite him. Roberts later revealed that he had a tough time getting the snake off savage since it had used its fangs to clutch on. Their heated rivalry would come to an end when Savage beat Roberts at Saturday Night’s Main Event. While Roberts planned a backstage attack on Savage and Elizabeth, The Undertaker prevented it from happening, turning face in the process.
