At Unbreakable 2005, the main event saw the greatest match in TNA history take place. The first and only 5-star match in the company’s history saw Christopher Daniels defend the X-Division Championship against Samoa Joe and AJ Styles.
The match saw three of TNA’s best stars at the time take it to a whole new level and set a new standard for great matches in the company. This match alone represented a glorious period for TNA where despite being the “second biggest” wrestling promotion in the world, they were filled with some of the world’s best-untapped talent, and Samoa Joe belonged to that category.
