#2.) Throwing Mankind off the Hell In A Cell structure
If the two weren’t already major stars before King Of The Ring 1998, then this match cemented their legacies forever. Mankind proved that he truly belonged to a different breed of wrestlers when he was not only thrown off the top of the cell once but chokeslammed through the cell and right onto the ring.
Undertaker himself stated that at the moment, he thought Mick Foley had died. Luckily for him, Foley was alive, but the match and the crazy spots set a new standard for violence in WWE and furthered Foley’s reputation as a hardcore legend.
This was the peak of their rivalry and there’s no doubt that both of them made each other’s career through their epic rivalries in the course of two years.
