#1.) Fatal-4-Way Universal Championship Match – SummerSlam 2018
The main event of SummerSlam in 2017 saw Brock Lesnar defend the Universal Championship against Strowman, Roman Reigns, and Samoa Joe. The build-up to the match was heated and all four competitors laid everything on the table during the biggest party of the summer.
The match itself was absolute chaos from start to finish and was a showcase for Braun Strowman to manhandle Brock Lesnar. After power slamming him through two tables and then flipping the third announcer’s desk on him, it seemed that Lesnar was down and out.
Lesnar would return and win the match, but it would instantly set up a title defense against Braun Strowman the following month at No Mercy. Despite not successfully winning the title there as well, those two months were very important as it launched Braun Strowman into the main event mix among WWE’s top stars.
