#1.) Stephanie & Triple H vs Kurt Angle & Ronda Rousey
This was a match that simply had no right to be as good as it did. Billed by many fans as “the celebrity match”, the mixed tag team bout was arguably the best match of WrestleMania 34. With a lot of eyes on Ronda Rousey who was making her in-ring debut, the pressure was on.
However, every superstar in the ring delivered to the best of their abilities. Triple H acted as the cocky male who got a receipt from Rousey and Angle while Stephanie McMahon played the nefarious villain who did all she could from preventing Rousey from tagging in.
The build to the match was incredible and Rousey’s hot tag received one of the biggest pops of the night. An unexpected show stealer, it’s very unlikely that Stephanie McMahon will ever have a match as good as this. It was reminiscent to Vince McMahon getting a receipt from “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
