#4.) Vince McMahon vs “Stone Cold” Steve Austin – St. Valentine’s Day 1999

Though it was Valentine’s day, there was certainly no love lost between Austin and Mr McMahon.  They faced off in a steel cage bout to decide the #1 contender for the WWF Championship at WrestleMania XV. It certainly was bizarre given that Vince McMahon won the Royal Rumble that year. While McMahon relinquished his title shot and it was awarded to Austin by Commissioner Shawn Michaels, The Texas Rattlesnake just needed a reason to fight McMahon. This prompted him to put his title shot on the line against McMahon at the PPV.

The two had an incredible bout that would saw the WWF debut of Paul Wright, aka. Big Show. The Big Show would throw Austin through the cage, giving him the victory in the process.
