What do you get when you put two of the best wrestlers in the world in a feud? A phenomenal feud. AJ Styles and Kurt Angle battled each through the years, with their final match being in 2013.
Perhaps the peak of their feud was at Hard Justice 2008 in a Last Man Standing Falls Count Anywhere match. With Styles already beating Angle at Slammiversary earlier that year. With AJ Styles put in the middle of Kurt Angle and Karen Angle’s messy personal feud, he once again faced Angle in an all-time classic that saw The Phenomenal One emerge victorious over Angle once again.
Through the next few years, they would feud with each other, with a few of their encounters having the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on the line.
