WWE legend Edge holds the record for the shortest MITB cash-in title reign at 21 days. ECW Original Rob Van Dam narrowly beat him at 22 days.
It could be argued that Rollins also had the most impactful title reign of any MITB holder. Fans considered Rollins to be the superstar of the year in 2015 and have also claimed that he carried the company during that six-month reign as WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
