Jerry Lawler is considered an all-time great. He has been on our television screens for so many years that when he took a step down from commentary, it was hard to imagine the announcer’s desk without him. While he has spent most of his time in WWF as a commentator, he did spend quite a few years in the 1990s in WWF.
He was a novelty – a special attraction of sorts and he never really needed a title to stay over as a heel. His main work, of course, happened to be in his hometown Memphis at Memphis Wrestling. Throughout his tenure in WWF, he faced some of the greatest superstars there is and established himself as a Hall of Fame legend.
Till date, he has never won a single title. But who needs a title when you’re the King?
