#2.) vs. Cactus Jack – No Way Out 2000
At Royal Rumble 2000, Triple H defeated Cactus Jack in brutal fashion after they tortured each other in a street fight that saw a lot of blood. The Game pedigreed Foley face-first onto thumbtacks, but Foley wasn’t done yet. he would once again challenge for the WWE title the next PPV, but this time, there were two conditions – 1) it would be inside Hell in a Cell and 2) if Cactus Jack lost, he would have to retire.
The two once again had an all-out war, with the action going on top of the cage and Triple H backdropping him right through it and through the ring as well. It was déja vu for Foley who went crashing into the ring and was defeated handily.
