#1.) Brock Lesnar
In what would be another instance in the year 2002, Hulk Hogan went out of his way to put over a much younger superstar in Brock Lesnar. Lesnar was hardly a few months into his run but was gearing up for a huge SummerSlam main event against The Rock. To add more credibility, WWE made him face Hogan in a very physical main event.
Lesnar would make Hogan pass out via a bear hug, sending him on hiatus for a while afterward. Hogan not only put him over, but he made Lesnar look great, even receiving a beatdown from him.
