#2.) Bobby Heenan goes beserk at the Royal Rumble 1992

In our opinion, the greatest commentary call for any match ever is Bobby “The Brain” Heenan at Royal Rumble 1992. In case you’re not aware, the ’92 Rumble is widely considered the greatest of all time and it centered around Ric Flair and how he managed to escape from being the third entrant and lasting all the way until victory.

Heenan, who was associated with Flair at the time, went on an emotional tirade every time Flair was close to victory. His clever one-liners and general mannerisms paid dividends in this match and resulted in some comedy gold. The euphoria when Flair won was evident and Heenan truly added to the match, making it more iconic than it already was. We highly suggest you watch the match, both for the match itself and the commentary.
