#5.) Hulk Hogan; Record: 6-0

Hulk Hogan has one of the best SummerSlam records on paper. Being a pioneer in the early days of SummerSlam, he naturally headlined most of the SummerSlam events that he was a part of. Apart from being one of the few undefeated wrestlers at SummerSlam, he also holds another interesting record: He has the longest gap between two SummerSlam events participated in: 1991 to 2005.

The 14-year gap narrowly edges Bret Hart, who spent 13 years between SummerSlam events. However, the downside of Hogan at SummerSlam is that his matches were never that great, though that mattered lass back in the late 80s and early 90s. One of his SummerSlam disasters included the 2005 main event against Shawn Michaels, where the latter oversold all of Hogan’s offense and made the match and Hogan and himself look ridiculous.
