#2.) Samoa Joe debuts in TNA – Slammiversary 2005
In 2005, TNA had struck gold when they signed former ROH World Champion Samoa Joe. He was a huge prospect for the company and they announced that he would have his debut match against Sonjay Dutt. As it turned out, they made the right decision because Dutt was the right man to put him over and made him look like a beast even on his debut.
The match itself was a very short one, going just shy of 7 minutes. However, it was a huge introduction to Samoa Joe, a man who would then go on an undefeated streak for around a year before it ended. He would win pretty much everything there was to win in TNA.
