#2.) Kurt Angle

In his debut year, Kurt Angle was given the opportunity and push of a lifetime. He stepped up to the plate, reaching the top level in practically no time and picking up the business faster than anybody had in history. In February 2001, Kurt Angle would continue his ascent to the top, winning the Intercontinental and European Championship.

As a result of this, he began to call himself the “Eurocontinental Champion”. His run with the titles was brief and he lost them without ever actually being pinned. Either way, it was an extremely impressive feat, given that he had hardly debuted a few months prior.
