#2.) Koko B. Ware

For many people, this is by far the most bizarre Hall of Fame induction of all time, and for very good reason. Koko B. Ware was a midcarder at best, and you could even consider him to be on the lower side of that aspect. While he was fun and entertaining to watch as a child, he really wasn’t anywhere on the level of many other competitors of his time.

Given that he got to jump the queue and get that induction, it’s still surprising that WWE made that decision. On WrestleMania 25 weekend, Koko B. Ware, the first man to ever wrestle on Monday Night RAW, was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
