The clip above is actually from Bulldog’s first European title defense against Owen Hart. However, a month prior, there would be a tournament to crown the first-ever WWF European Champion. Bulldog defeated Owen Hart in the finals in Berlin, becoming the first-ever European Champion.
Though the title has been defunct for a long time now, the fact that he’s the first in the lineage will always see his place remembered in history.
