It was Team Canada vs Team America in the Canadian Stampede PPV, as tensions were at its peak with The Hart Foundation and the United States. They were babyfaces outside the US, but villains within the country. It was simply a 10-man tag team match in a battle for pride, and it appropriately took place at Calgary.
At the end of a fantastic match, the New Hart Foundation would walk out victorious, having a big celebration after the match with the rest of the Hart Family.
