#3.) Where it all began
How did the name “D-Generation-X” come to be? It all happened during a segment between The Hart Foundation and Michaels, Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude sitting backstage. Hart called the foursome a bunch of “Degenerates”, and Michaels admitted that both of them were Degenerates, tired of Generation-X getting a bad rap.
They would name themselves D-Generation-X” and that was where it all begun. They would never look back and the course of WWE would be changed, with or without Michaels in DX.
