The stage was set for The Ultimate Challenge at the Toronto Skydome. It was the two biggest stars in WWF going head to head for the first time ever. WWF Champion Hulk Hogan vs Intercontinental Champion The Ultimate Warrior. They were the two biggest babyfaces in WWE, and fans were torn in the middle.
However, the objective of the match was to get Warrior over as the next top star of the WWF. In a fantastic contest, Warrior would defeat Hogan, culminating in his sole World Championship victory. It was a WrestleMania moment at its finest.
