#3.) “Macho Man” Randy Savage’s snake bite
This is one of the most iconic moments from the early 1990s in WWF. Randy Savage, then retired, was embroiled in a heated feud with Jake “The Snake” Roberts. It was this feud that brought the Macho Man out of retirement, and the most famous segment of their feud was when Roberts ambushed Savage, had him tied and stuck on the ropes and unleashed a snake that ended up biting him.
It was a shocking moment because we had never really seen anything like it on WWE television at the time. Interestingly, Roberts revealed that the snake had indeed been de-venomized and he had to test it on himself before Savage agreed to it.
