It’s crazy to think that the most iconic Hell in a Cell match wasn’t even the best one. There have been many better matches, but this stands because of the shocking moments and the shocking end. Foley cemented his legend that night, as he fell off the top of the Cell more than once.
The first bump saw him thrown off the cell into the announce table. The second, and most iconic bump to date saw him get chokeslammed through the top of the Cell, with Foley going crashing down and through the rang. He lost more than just a tooth that night, and The Undertaker later revealed that when Foley went crashing down, he legitimately thought he was dead. It was a bump that will never be forgotten.
