#4.) Part-timers’ absence
Part-timers have definitely hampered the Royal Rumble a few times in the past few years. The issue that fans generally find with part-timers isn’t about disrespect, but more on the fact that they only appear during peak season and take the big spots at WrestleMania. However, with Shawn Michaels stating that he doesn’t want to get back in the ring, Triple H having an injury and The Undertaker hopefully winding down, we may finally be coming to the conclusion of part-timers dominating.
Only John Cena will be in the Rumble from that category, but he can get a pass because he’s always been putting over younger talent in the past few years.
