Many WWE fans are not aware of the history that Nakamura and Almas share. When Nakamura was in his strongest run as IWGP Intercontinental Champion, he was stopped in his tracks by the young La Sombra, which was Almas’ name during his run in Mexico. During their bout at Mexico City, Almas would dethrone Nakamura to become IWGP Intercontinental Champion.
It was a great milestone for him and they had a couple of great matches against each other. History could repeat itself and fans would love to see a match and feud between El Idolo and The King Of Strong Style.
