#4.) “Your arms are too short to box with god”
CM Punk, the WWE Champion was known to be a savage on the mic, and one who wouldn’t hesitate to speak his mind. The Rock interrupted Punk and cut a fairly generic promo, but Punk’s response was probably not what he was ready for. Punk didn’t do the usual schtick of calling him a part-timer and accusing him of going to Hollywood. He told The Brahma Bull that he was glad that he was back, and whether it was 16 days or even 1 day a year, Punk would still kick his a**.
He verbally decimated The Rock in an incredibly passionate promo, with the best line being “Your arms are too short to box with god”. He told him that he didn’t care about all the catchphrases and the “millions and millions”. The Rock, unfortunately, would follow up using the same catchphrases Punk accused him of. He didn’t look good but he had the crowd on his side.
