#4.) Roman Reigns
It’s truly tragic what happened to Roman Reigns. The leukemia announcement is something that no one saw coming. As a result, he’s going to be gone for a while. Many have predicted that the minimum date for him to return would be around January 2020. It’s crazy to think that the man who they centered the product around won’t be around for another full year at the very least.
Either way, Roman Reigns had one hell of a year, main eventing WrestleMania once again. Though he wasn’t successful. his chase for the title continued and resulted in him finally dethroning Brock Lesnar and becoming Universal Champion. Whether fans liked Reigns or not, the fact that a full-timer held the title was a big relief and signified big change. Unfortunately, he had to vacate it just two months later, but there’s no doubt that he would have defended it week in and week out like a true champion. Get well soon, Roman Reigns!
