#2.) Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas vs Johnny Gargano – NXT Takeover: San Antonio
When Adam Cole and Aleister Black stole the show, no one knew how Gargano and Almas could top that. It was the main event for the NXT title and they even started slow. What became clear was that people underestimated Gargano and Almas’ abilities, as they built the match with perfect pace and it resulted in one of the greatest matches in WWE history.
The story that the two told was outstanding and there was even a great moment where Candice LeRae (who had just signed with WWE and was a spectator) jumped in and attacked Zelina Vega to even the odds. Ultimately, Gargano fell short but fans knew that they witnessed something spectacular.
