4. World Heavyweight Championship #3 (Unforgiven 2007)
2007 was a weird year for Batista. In spite of losing several championship matches in a row, he just kept getting more and more championship matches. If nothing else, this Unforgiven 2007 triple threat match between himself, The Great Khali, and Rey Mysterio was at least the culmination of these endless title opportunities because Batista finally won here.
Batista would deliver a Spinebuster to The Great Khali to end that very forgettable championship reign and usher in his next run on top. It would be a short title run only lasting through December but this could set up the next chapter in his legendary rivalry with The Undertaker and that was all that mattered.
