#5.) Promote a full-time Universal Champion
It’s crazy to think that there would be a day where WWE fans genuinely said that they missed Roman Reigns. Brock Lesnar had a dominant 500+ day reign as Universal Champion, which finally ended at SummerSlam 2018 when Roman Reigns dethroned him in a rather quick match-up.
Reigns, as controversial as he was, was a full-time, defending champion. Unfortunately, the potential of his reign was never realized as he had to vacate the title due to leukemia. At the time, he was already set to defend the Universal title at Crown Jewel against Lesnar and Braun Strowman, but him vacating the title meant that it became a singles match for the title.
At Crown Jewel, many fans believed that Strowman would have his moment and conquer The Beast, but Baron Corbin helped Lesnar by attacking Braun Strowman with the Universal title belt right before the match started. This gave Lesnar time to hit a barrage of F-5s of Strowman, finally putting him away with a sixth one.
RAW has faced a major problem having a part-time champion and Corbin needs to shift favors and make sure that the red brand has a defending champion. Strowman or even Seth Rollins are viable options to represent the brand.
