5. Papa Shango
While Papa Shango wasn’t a box office success, he still was a spooky character with his face painted up as he practiced voodoo while holding a skull.
His most infamous angle was when he “cursed” The Ultimate Warrior that made him bleed and vomit. Sure, it was hokey and there was plenty of “hocus pocus” involved during his short run but that didn’t make him any less creepy.
