#3.) The unexpected nature of his release
Jinder Mahal’s WWE release in 2014 came as a shock to him. He wasn’t setting the world on fire with 3MB, but in his own admission, he was taken by surprise because they were regularly featured on TV, were in storylines and even a part of all the live events at the time. However, this didn’t discourage him from taking a chance on himself (similar to what Drew McIntyre did) and going out there and proving himself before getting the call back from WWE in 2016.
Interestingly enough, his final match in WWE was a loss to El Torito, of all people. The commentators didn’t even seem that focused on the match itself. He was soon released and 3MB was disbanded.
