Goldust had left his wife Marlena and paired up with Luna Vachon. This gimmick in 1998 saw him mimic various personalities. He would first come out with her wearing a leash and a ball gag in his mouth. While that was undoubtedly the most bizarre appearance, he would still mimic celebrities and superstars such as “Sabledust”, “Vaderdust”, “Hunterdust”, “Dustydust”, etc.
It’s one of those moments that WWE will definitely want you to forget. But it shouldn’t be, because it’s an example of just how far WWE was willing to go during The Attitude Era.
