There’s a misconception that Becky Lynch vs Alexa Bliss in 2017 was the first-ever Steel Cage match among women in WWE. However, Lita has the distinction, along with Victoria, holds the distinction of being a part of the first-ever Women’s Steel Cage match in WWE.
Though it only lasted 4-minutes, it was a significant and fun match-up that Lita lost thanks to interference from Matt Hardy. It was another historical accomplishment for Lita, along with the fact that she was in the first-two all women’s main events on RAW – in 2000 and 2004.
