#4.) Shawn Michaels
Shawn Michaels was one of the legends at the time who was given the task of taking Randy Orton to the next level. They crossed paths a bunch of times during his early years, with Randy Orton mostly coming out on top. They were the last surviving men in their teams when Shawn Michaels represented Team Austin while Orton was part of Team Bischoff. The Viper was once again successful.
Their first high-profile feud came in the second half of 2007 when Orton was WWE Champion. Michaels returned and tried to capture the World title from the young Orton, but failed on both attempts. Their Survivor Series clash that year had a stipulation that stated that Michaels wasn’t allowed to use the Sweet Chin Music, otherwise, he would forfeit any future title opportunity.
HBK definitely helped take Orton to the next level, giving him some of the best technical matches of his career.
