#5.) Endorsement from The Undertaker
In 2002, Jeff Hardy had just set off on a singles run after spending years as part of a tag team with Matt Hardy. He would cross paths with The Undertaker, who he would then face in a ladder match for the WWE Championship. It was Hardy’s first big break and he gave his heart and soul to try and dethrone Big Evil to become World Champion.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be as Undertaker wound up grabbing the title from the top and retaining it. Hardy was down but he proved why he belonged in the top. Undertaker attacked him post-match, but once he was about to ride away, Jeff Hardy screamed at him from the ring, saying that he couldn’t break him and that he was still standing.
Undertaker rushed back to the ring and while it looked like he was going to damage Hardy further, he patted the back of his head, raised his hand and gave him a nod of approval, looking impressed. He turned face, giving Hardy a huge endorsement before the latter collapsed for good.
