#2.) The spear heard around the world – WrestleMania X7
It was TLC 2 at WrestleMania X7 and the trio team of The Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian and The Dudley Boyz were once again at war for the tag team titles. The three teams took it to a whole new level, having a match that’s still talked about to this day. The most famous spot of the match saw Jeff Hardy hanging from the cable that held the titles, only to have Bubba Ray Dudley take the ladder from underneath him.
This gave Edge the opportunity to climb another ladder and hit the greatest spear of his career, taking Hardy and himself down in the process. Tens of thousands of people in attendance, however, were on their feet, mesmerized with what they had just witnessed.
It was a WrestleMania moment, in every sense of the word.
