What To Do With Dolph Ziggler
He comes out as himself, followed by John Cena, Macho Man and Naomi. He cuts a promo to the crowd that says nobody can touch him inside of the ring and that he is better than everyone else. He says that the fans make him sick and he walks off.
While it was somewhat long, I thought it was pretty interesting. This shows me that they are still unsure of what they want to do with him. How about making him dark, no bright lights and he comes out with a slow and methodical song. Let Dolph be stripped of his charisma and his flash, only to showcase it in the ring. Hell, I can go as far as thinking of Dolph in black with dyed hair and gothic-looking makeup. If the fans do not care about his “show-off” personality anymore, let Ziggler go all the way with something new. He is too talented where anything he does would be interesting to me.
Aiden English defeated Sami Zayn
A quick bout between the two mid card flounders on WWE Smackdown Live, with English surprising Zayn with a roll-up and avoiding a Helluva Kick. English gets the win and Zayn continues to be a guy that is buried week after week. Hell, if Smackdown Live is looking for fresh heels, I could easily see them using Sami Zayn as that. Another super talented guy with nothing to do doesn’t help his progression that many fans would love to see.
