Theme songs are a massively important part of what makes a wrestler popular with audiences. Whether it be a catchy tune to sign along with, or something bold and badass that makes you stand up and take notice, the entrance theme is one of the most vital parts of any wrestler’s utility belt. We’re counting down the ten best wrestler theme songs currently being used in WWE!

#10 – WORLDS APART – Sami Zayn

I’m going to level with you, “The Impression That I Get” by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones is one of my all-time favorite songs. And not just because, like many late-90s, early 2000s dorks, I was in a ska band in high school. The enternal underdog Sami Zayn’s WWE theme is probably the closest I’ll ever get to those two worlds colliding, and as such, it’s one of my personal favorite themes.

 #9 – CELTIC INVASION – Becky Lynch

I always thought this theme fit Becky perfectly, since the first time she used it down in NXT. It’s simple, straightforward, and full of energy. Becky’s personality and natural charisma fills in the rest.

#8 – CATCH YOUR BREATH – Finn Balor

Balor’s theme does such a great job setting up the dynamic for his character. Before you even see him wrestle or open his mouth you know what he’s about. The theme also works whether or not The Demon is in full character, and gives a different vibe depending on the situation.

#7 – STARS IN THE NIGHT – Paige

This is one of the few wrestling themes I would actually listen to outside of watching WWE television, and have on quite a few occasions, added to a gym playlist or party mix. It’s not overly gimmicky, it’s just a straight hard rock song with some decent guitar parts that fits Paige perfectly.

#6 – PHENOMENAL – AJ Styles

So… Do they, or do they not… want none? I’m pretty sure they don’t want none.

#5 – THE GAME – Triple H

“The Game” is not just one of the best themes still being used today, it’s one of the most iconic wrestling themes of all time. Unfortunately, we don’t get to hear it too often these days, so it falls a bit down the list…  Triple H has had all kinds of great themes over the years. “King of Kings” is another great tune, similar enough to “The Game” to be interchangeable, depending upon the character and situation. I’ve always been partial to the classic “My Time” theme, but to each their own.

#4 – TURN IT UP – Bayley

I dare you not to smile when Bayley comes out to the ring, decked in streamers and arm-flailing tube men. Her energy, and the energy this song brings to her entrances, is down right infectious.

#3 – SKY’S THE LIMIT – Sasha Banks

#2 – PLAYING WITH POWER – TJ Perkins

Mega Man II is one of the greatest video games ever created; in my opinion the best platformer ever made. Within that game is a collection of some of the best VGM tracks crafted by absolute artists, including Dr. Wily’s Castle. TJ Perkins’ theme song, specially made with love just for him, is a modern take on that absolute masterpiece of a game.

#1 – GLORIOUS – Bobby Roode

I swear to god I’ve had this song stuck in my for the last two months straight. Just….just shut up and listen to it again.
